It looks like Stephanie Romanov (Lilah Morgan) will not be returning to "Angel" next season. Even though the character had been terminated, she had made a few appearances as an animated dead person. But, her role as the liaison between Angel and the "senior partners" at Wolfram and Hart will be given to a new character named Eve. No word on the casting for Eve other than she will be in her mid-to-late 20s. Aren't they all?
