So um...anybody home...I know it's been awhile and I just watched The Golden Compass last night and boy did it suck...I can't imagine if I hadn't read the book first....

 

Anyone still come around here anymore? It's been ages for me.

I just watched it as well...I didn't read the book first. It was very, very, bad.

Of course I took exception to some of the precepts of the movie as well. Maybe the book puts them across in a more palatable way?
